Upon completion of this course, attendees will have a comprehensive understanding of the issues associated with the process design of a facility and in developing “inherently safer” designs. Extensive case studies are offered that discuss incidents in the process industry that demonstrate how process design, management of change, and inadequate safeguards have all contributed to major accidents.
